【疑难求助PSS/E】风电的仿真

由于对psse接触不久，想作风电方面的仿真，但是psse风电中的帮助看得不是很明白，有哪位牛人做过，能否解释一下，谢谢了。
比如

) o+ [  W3 I* G  w  ~" i, _1 B4 X: s         ----如何添加collector buses？并且collector bus包含什么内容？
2. Execute appropriate IPLAN program.
  |. }, Y) H) A9 m9 x) n         ----appropriate IPLAN program???啥意思？

4. There are two ways to add the dyre file created by the IPLAN program to the base case.
         -----什么时候用IPLAN创建的dyre file啊？
先问这么多吧，希望高人给解释一下，万分感激，最近琢磨好几天了，也没个头绪。谢谢了

我也想做PSSE仿真风力发电，用的是33版本，但是现在还没有风电模型，写信给了PTI公司，但是一直都没有回应。楼主可不可以将风机的模型和说明书给我发一下啊，一起研究可以吗?

2是指全部風機數量
