【疑难求助PSS/E】风电的仿真

由于对psse接触不久，想作风电方面的仿真，但是psse风电中的帮助看得不是很明白，有哪位牛人做过，能否解释一下，谢谢了。
比如
1. Add collector buses to the base load flow case.
+ X5 k! z  N: g) i' P: p         ----如何添加collector buses？并且collector bus包含什么内容？
+ u9 H7 w* M1 Y; g" T& a. P2. Execute appropriate IPLAN program.
1 ]; H+ J4 k+ a; D  v& ?8 U$ {- g         ----appropriate IPLAN program???啥意思？
( F; R2 \5 t- y, ^) K) M+ V! GThe IPLAN program will add equivalent wind turbine units to the load flow case and create the dynamic input data dyre-file.
! w5 x' O& R- L  l& B3. Solve the case if IPLAN program asks. Convert and save the case with WTG equivalent units added.
+ c) D2 p3 V+ ?6 a+ t4. There are two ways to add the dyre file created by the IPLAN program to the base case.
         -----什么时候用IPLAN创建的dyre file啊？
先问这么多吧，希望高人给解释一下，万分感激，最近琢磨好几天了，也没个头绪。谢谢了

我也想做PSSE仿真风力发电，用的是33版本，但是现在还没有风电模型，写信给了PTI公司，但是一直都没有回应。楼主可不可以将风机的模型和说明书给我发一下啊，一起研究可以吗?

2是指全部風機數量
Bus 1255和1256要事先建好，後面數字是該Bus上的風機數量
