The objective of EPEC 2011 is to provide a forum for experts in Electrical Power and Energy to disseminate their recent research outcomes and exchange views on the future research directions of these fields. 7 L, x* \0 c, }- ^' { The SCI and EI those things might be very useful for those bio-medical research area. For engineering such as electrical power, no one is actually caring those in the main stream circle. In these days many students were pushed to the corner to make the papers. It is in fact that the adviser professor should decide whether a student can graduate instead of the SCI/EI people, who is thousands miles away.

The responsibilty of the advisers, especially estabished guys, is to avoid any garbage paper with his name listed, instead of have any more papers, no matter SCI or EI. / m' [& g1 [# H 6 ^# D: n( H+ ]* L% CI understand requirement now at in China is a very complicated thing. Maybe it is the best possible to have. We know the problem, but don't know the solution. % f4 C4 b: F0 G0 z i& @# ]% `* g/ H! iGood luck for rest of your Ph.D. journey.
