关于电力市场一些值的计算

小弟在外读书， 做的是英国电力市场。 导师有些数据， 我没有弄明白。

没听太明白。。。

他提到貌似这里面有个要用到上面的参数。。。
完全不懂。。。
查了很多资料， 没找到。。。
