There is no CHinese document of this tool box. I used that tool box 10 years ago. I am surprised to see it is still there.
There are some Chinese version of voltage stability book, such as Carson Taylor's and Van Cutsems'. By the way, the book written by Zhou Shuanxi of Tsinghua University is pretty good too.
