关于电力市场一些值的计算

小弟在外读书， 做的是英国电力市场。 导师有些数据， 我没有弄明白。

一个是
Capital recovery factor
这个找到的中文貌似是资本回收因数，  不是太懂。

他提到貌似这里面有个要用到上面的参数。。。
