quietly i leave like the way i come,
i wave gently to the clouds as i part.
# f; x/ M& s( \7 _. Wgold'n willows brides in a sunset become
and bright shadows in waves ripple my heart.
the green weeds under water flaunt and swing,
and i love being one in a wavelet.
the willow shaded pond isn't a clear spring,
but rainbows o'er weeds rolled and in dreams set.
3 Q" q( w" b! C" h9 D7 D1 M, `% D! gwe pole to the greener for the dream's pursuit,
and sing in a ship of glitt'ring starlight.
i won't sing though, stillness a parting flute,
3 R% @0 r) t( Eand bugs stay still, so does cambridge tonight.
like the way i come i quietly leave,

但我不能放歌，悄悄是别离的笙箫；
夏虫也为我沉默，沉默是今晚的康桥。
