Carson Taylor retired from Bonneville Power Administration in 2006, where he was a

His interests include power system control and protection, system dynamic performance,
$ `* |0 n% e0 B- I8 c( v. i3 i1 \ac/dc interactions, and power system planning and operation.
5 y, i) f- B9 F9 X3 {; j8 fMr. Taylor is a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering. He is a Fellow of

He is a Distinguished Member of CIGRÉ and convenor of three CIGRÉ task forces on6 |/ ]% j# [0 u  F7 P+ n+ E" I
power system voltage and angle stability.
