　　Our recruitment process starts with you submitting your application and this is followed by three selection events. An overview of the process is set out below. In addition to assessment exercises, each selection event will include opportunities for you to find our more about the position you have applied for and about Ernst & Young in general.

& n4 Z1 C8 Q1 [( p　　The first stage of our recruitment process consists of an English written test where you will be required to write a short essay on a selected topic.
% ^7 d0 {" w7 M% V  M( @2 p
) y) o. [6 D: w4 n' U# k! c* n　　The test will give you opportunity to demonstrate your written communication skills and your ability to organise and express your opinions and ideas in a logical way.

5 }& e4 O5 K3 `; e( Y" U, p　　The topics for the test have been specifically designed to ensure that candidates with non-relevant degrees are not disadvantaged.

　　Second Stage

　　The second stage consists of an assessment center. You will participate in a group discussion facilitated by an Ernst & Young executive, followed by an one-on-one debriefing with the executive.

3 k: P3 }  P" {6 m　　The third stage consists of an interview with one of our partners. The interview will give you the opportunity to further demonstrate your skills and attributes and allow you to gain a greater understanding about Ernst & Young.

　　Offer Stage

' T7 V5 q- q7 P) x5 z& w　　At this stage you may have already decided that you would like to join us. Alternatively, you may feel that you need to find out more in order to make an informed decision about whether to join Ernst & Young. Selected applicants will be informed by email the venue and time of written test. You are required to bring the following documents when attending the written test:

　　Hard copy of complete Application Form Cover letter English and Chinese resume Bachelor – Copy of academic transcript for the past three years with university or faculty chop Master – Copy of academic transcript of masters degree, and that of bachelor degree (if available) with university or faculty chop CET/TEM certificate Professional examination result, e.g. CICPA, ACCA, etc, if any.
