短路电流不能计算

我在算短路计算的时候，当我点击短路计算按钮时软件就会提示“jwe0019-u The program was terminated abnormally with Exception Code EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION,点击确定之后又会出现Error occurs _solves_ Called from _solvn_2_ Called from _onefault_

- R1 j  t5 [. M, \- C* \8 j请问这是哪里有问题，应该怎么解决？我用的的psasp6.28,win7 32位系统，已设置xp兼容模式运行。发电机及其调节器参数也都输入了。谢谢
