Special item design
为了适应北方地区干燥、风沙大,冬夏及昼夜温差大的气候特点,金风750kW风力发电机组采取了专项的技术措施,改善机组性能,以适应当地运行环境:
Goldwind(750kw) wind power generator set is taken technical measure of special item, which can improve capablility of generator set, in order to fit the local running condition, in the north it is dry, very windy and dusty, the difference in temperature from day to night , or from summer to winter is quite large.
1. 高强度结构设计
1、design of high strengthen structure
北方地区多是山谷、平原地形,风资源非常丰富,加之冬夏及昼夜温差较大,要求机组具有高强度的设计来适应这种多变的气候特点。而目前风电届面临着齿轮箱问题的巨大挑战,大批量的齿轮箱出现问题给设备制造商和用户都带来了巨大的损失。齿轮箱问题已经引起了风电工业界的高度关注,在德国认证机构的Germanischer Lloyd2003年颁布的新的风力发电机组认证指南中,重新规定了齿轮箱的设计要求,提出了比以前更为严格的指标。金风750kW机组齿轮箱按照最新的设计规范制造,具有以下特点:
The terrain of the north is most of valley and plain, the resource of wind is very rich, the difference in temperature of day and night and from summer to winter is quite large, which asks generator set should be taken on design of high strengthen stucture to fit these changeful character of climate. Wind power field is now facing the great challenge of gear box, numbers of gear boxs have problem, which make great loss to the equipment manufactures and users. The problem of gear box have got high attention in wind power field, it is stated the requirement of design of gear box over again, brought forward more strict index than before in the new edition manual of wind power generator set, which is published by German organization of certeficate Germanischer Lloyd in 2003. The gear boxs of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set are designed and made by the new index, which have character hereinafter:
 设计载荷按保守算法取上限
齿轮按照额定载荷计算寿命期内的强度,轴承按照85%的额定载荷1,600,000工作小时设计选型,这比GL规范所要求的按照设计载荷谱(LDD)核算的方法要保守的多,但安全性高。同时为了追求更高的安全性,以适应不稳定风况变化所带来的载荷波动影响,金风750kW机组的齿轮箱设计额定功率取825kW。
The load of design is taken the upper limit by the safety calculate
Strenghen of gear is calculated by the rating load in its life long, bearing is chosen and designed by 85% of rating load and 1,600,000 working hours, which is more conservative than the calculating requirment of design by LDD in GL criterion, but more safety. In order to get more safety at the same time to fit the wave of load caused by the changeful wind, the rating power of gear box of Goldenwind(750kW) generator set is taken 825kW.
 轮齿的安全系数要求
GL规范要求风电齿轮箱的轮齿抗点蚀安全系数SH≥1.2,齿根抗弯系数SF≥1.5;金风750kW机组齿轮箱的设计参数为SH>1.45,SH>1.7,从根本上保证了齿轮工作的可靠性。
The requirement of safety factor of gear
The safety factor of resisting pitting of gear box of wind power (SH) ≥1.2 by GL criterion requirement, the factor of resisting bending of gear root (SF) ≥1.5; the parameter of design of the gear box of Goldwind(750) is SH>1.45,SF>1.7,which guarantees the reliability of gear working at beginning.
 润滑
金风750kW机组的齿轮箱在充分吸取600kW机组经验的基础上,采取大流量润滑冷却系统以保证每个轴承和啮合轮齿都随时得到充分的润滑和冷却,过滤系统具有双重过滤功能,纳圬容量大,即使在主过滤器被堵塞情况下,油仍能通过备份滤芯向系统提供清洁足量的润滑油。
Lubrication
The gear box of Goldwind(750kW) set is based on taking enough experience from Goldwind(600kW), takes big flux cooling lubrication system to guarantee each bearing and toothing gear can get sufficient lubrication and cooling at any working time, the filtrating system has doubt filtrating fiction, has big capacity to take dirty dust, even if the main filtre is blocked, it can supply sufficent lubricant oil by backup filtre.
 出厂试验标准
每台齿轮箱出厂均要求进行载荷试验。

Each gear box must be tested the load test before leaving factory
2.抗低温性
 由于北方地区冬季气候严寒,因此对设备的低温性提出了很高的要求,针对这一情况,金风750kW采用了如下的技术措施:

It is very cold in the north in winter, which brings forward high requirement for the capacity of resisting low temperature of equipment, aiming at this situation, Goldwind(750kW) takes technical measure hereinafter
 叶片
采用低温型叶片,结构胶采用直升机用结构胶配方,适用于高、低温环境。金属材料均采用不锈钢和航空结构钢,不锈钢材料对低温不敏感,航空结构钢采用耐低温特性较好的材料,以保证叶片低温运行要求。
Blade
Taken low temperature blade, structure glue is taken the structure glue of helicopter, which can be used in low,high temperature environment.The metal material are all adopted stainless steel and aviation structure steel, stainless steel has a thick skin to low temperature,aviation structure steel is taken good material in enduring low temperature, to meet the requirement of blade working in low temperature.

 金属结构件
按照低温型技术规范,材料选用适应低温冷环境的钢材。对于焊接结构件来说,对焊缝的质量提出了更高的要求,在底板的焊接过程中,严格按照压力容器的焊接标准及检验标准执行,从而保证了结构的低温强度。

It is taken the material of steel which is fit to the low temperature environment.To the jointing component, the requirement to the quality of welding line is much high, in the process of jointing, it is strict according to jointing criterion of pressure vessel, and guarantees the intension of structure in low temperature
 液压油
根据北方地区的气候特点,选用了道达尔公司生产的EQUIVIS XV32(超高粘度指数耐磨液压油)。衡量液压油的两个重要指标是粘度指数和倾点,粘度指数是反应液压油粘度随温度变化的主要参数,倾点则表明了液压油的低温流动性, total EQUIVIS XV32液压油的倾点达到-55℃,从而保证了低温时液压系统的正常工作。
Hydraulic pressure oil
basing on the character of climate in the north, we select EQUIVIS XV32(ultrahigh viscosity index superfilm hydraulic pressure oil) produced by Total. Two of most important index of hydraulic oil is viscosity index and pouring point, the viscosity index shows the major parameter of viscosity variation of temperature of the oil, pouring point shows the fluid of oil in low temperature. Total EQUIVIS XV32 The pouring point of hydraulic oil Total EQUIVIS XV32 can be -55℃, which can guarantee the hydraulic system working properly in low temperature.

 齿轮箱润滑油采取低温泵循环加热装置,当油温过低时,油泵启动通过磨擦加热原理使箱体内的润滑油在流动过程中被均匀加热。
 Gear box lubricant oil is taken low temperature pump circulating heat up set, when the temperature of oil is too low, the pump starts up, heats the oil equally in the process of lubricant flowing by the attrition in the gear box.
 机舱内部粘贴海绵,各接合面采用密封胶密封,增加机舱的保温性。
 The inside of engine room is sticked sponge, each two jointing side are airproofed by airproof glue, enhancing the capacity of heat preservation of the engine room.

3.抗高温性
对于某些海拔较高,太阳辐射强度大的地区,处于相对密闭空间中的风机设备周围环境温度将会升高,甚至超出设备所要求的运行环境温度范围。
如果机组的通风散热系统考虑不足,会造成运行温度特别是齿轮箱和发电机超过设计的允许值。
金风750kW风力发电机组针对这一情况采取了如下技术措施:
3、capacity of resisting high temperature
In some high altitude, high sunshine radiant intesity area, the temperature of the equipment of wind power set in the relative close space will rise up, even overtops requirement of temperature upper limit of the equipment running.
If we have not enough calculated capacity of aeration giving out heat system, which will make the temperature especially in gear box and generator rise over the permission value of design.
Goldwind(750kW) is taken technical measure hereinafter aiming at this situation.
 齿轮箱
-- 提高齿轮箱散热功率,按照环境温度为40℃时散热功率2.2kW计算选型,适应高温运行环境;
-- 根据运行情况,加大润滑油的流量,各润滑点油量充足,确保散热润滑充分;
-- 选用高温性能好的润滑油Mobilgear SHC XMP320,具有良好的高温抗氧化和粘度稳定性。
Gear box
--To enhence heat loss power of the gear box, select and calculate according to the heat loss power is 2.2kW when temperature of environment is 40℃, to fit for the high temperature environment;
--To enhence the flux of lubricant oil according to situation of running, makes each lubricant point have enough oil, guarantee heat loss and lubricate enough;
--To select lubricant oil Mobilgear SHC XMP320 which can resist high temperature, which has good capacity of resisting oxidation and viscosity stability in high temperature.
 发电机
 发电机采用通风冷却形式,内通风通过内部风扇轴向吹风,将定转子绕组产生的热量压入定子壳体内循环通风道。外壳采用散热性能好,带散热翅片的结构,外部风扇直接安装在电机的转子轴上。电机转动时,气流通过外壳散热片之间的通道,带走大量的热量,从而保证了发电机的冷却。
Generator
Generator is taken aeration cooling system, inside wind is blowed to shaft by inside fan, press the heat of rotor group into aeration path of inside circulation of stator shell. The outside shell is taken stucture of heat loss wing which has good heat loss character, the outside fan is set on the shaft of generator rotor. When the generator is running, the air flow will take away large quantiy of heat by passing the path of heat loss wing, guarantee to cool the generator.
 机舱罩
-- 增大机舱的通风量,在机舱顶部增加自然通风和强制通风窗。
Engine room cover
--in order to enhence the air flow of engine room, we add nature air flow window and forcing air flow window.
4.可维护性
复杂的风电场地形,对机组的可维护性提出了较高的要求,针对这一情况,金风750kW风力发电机组采用如下的措施:

The complplicated terrain of wind power plant, has high requirement to the maintainablility of generator set, Goldwind(750kW) wind power set is taken measure hereinafter aiming at this situation.

 齿轮箱采用分体式设计
高速轴和中间采用可拆卸设计,在无需吊装的条件下,可以实现齿轮箱零部件的更换。
Gear box is taken the design of disassembly form
High speed shaft and the middle is taken design of disassembly , some parts of gear box can be replaced without hoist.

 提升机
机组设计了电动提升装置,方便工具及备件的提升。
Lifter
The generator set has design of electromotion takeup, to take up convenient tool and backup.
 爬梯
 ladder
塔架内装有人性化设计的爬梯和防跌落的可靠安全绳,并有多个工作平台,方便人员的检修。同时可根据用户的要求,加装助力装置。
There are design of humanization of ladder and reliable safe preventing falling off rope, and many working platform, convenient to check and repair for the workers. And it can be added assistant equipment according to user’s requirement at the same time.
5.对复杂地形载荷的适应性
复杂地形的风况条件与平坦地势的风况有很大的不同,特别是在山区,风向变化复杂,湍流强度也更大,这种条件对于风力发电机组来讲,疲劳载荷将有很大变化。
5、adaptablity of load in complicated terrain.
wind condition in complicated terrain is quite different from plain terrain, especially in the mountainous area, direction change of the wind is complicated, overflow intensity is much strong, the fatigue loading of wind power generator set would change greatly in such condition.

一般来讲,复杂地形条件下,多变的风向、湍流以及来流迎角(来流与风轮轴线的夹角)使机组的疲劳载荷发生变化。利用风力机设计软件Bladed程序我们可以很明显地看到(详见图1、图2):即使在平均风速相同,但随着风向、湍流和其他条件的变化,机组特别是齿轮箱所承受的交变载荷完全不一样。因此,在山区复杂地形条件下选择机型时,关键零部件的强度性能是需要重点考虑的因素之一。
Usually, in complicated terrain, changeful wind direction, overfall and airflow angle(the angle of airflow direction and shaft of rotor) make the fatigue loading change. We can see it clearly that even average wind speed is the same, when wind direction, overfall and other condition change, the generator set ,especially the gear box is taken quite different changing load with help of blade program of wind power design software.(chart 1, chart 2)


6. 降噪设计
随着风机安装区域离居民的居住区越来越近,风机的噪音成了人们普通关注的一个问题,总结分析以往风机安装运行情况,金风750kW风力发电机组采用了如下的降噪方案:
6、design of noise reduction
The noise of wind power generator become issue of public attention, for the wind power generator is set more and more near to residential area, Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is taken measure of noise reduction hereinafter:
 改善发电机结构,提高加工精度,从设计上减少发电机所产生的电磁及风扇噪音。
 Reform the structure of generator set, enhance machining accuracy, reduce noise made by electromagnetism and fans from design.
 齿轮箱采用了定轴行星机构的新型结构设计,既提高了传动精度又有效地 控制了传动噪音。
 Gear box is taken new structure of design , which can improve transmission accuracy and reduce tranmission noise efficaciously.
 选择合适的隔振减振装置,有效地降低了齿轮箱和发电机由于振动而产生 的噪音。
 Select suitable equipment of vibration seperation and vibration reduction, which can reduce the noise made by vibration of gear box and generator efficaciously.
 机舱的结构设计充分考虑了噪音的问题,在发电机后部增加了隔音板,在与机舱底座联接处增加了减振阻尼装置,有效地降低了振动和噪音的传播。
 The design of structure of engine room has been enough calculated noise reduction, added sound insulation board in the back of generator set, added equipment of vibration reduction damp in the union point of engine room, reduce the spread of vibration and noise.
 根据机组产生的噪音的频度范围,与专业厂家联合开发了降噪阻尼材料,实验表明机舱内喷涂和粘贴了降噪阻尼材料后;有效的吸收和阻隔了噪音。
 We have studied and produced damp material of noise reduction with special factory according to frequency area of noise made by generator set, the experiment shows that the paint in engine room and material of damp of noise reduction used can absorb and separate the noise efficaciously.
 在塔架上段增加水泥环,减少了机组的振动。
通过以上的降噪措施,金风750kW风力发电机组的噪音水平满足《工业企业噪声控制设计规范》和《城市区域环境噪声标准》的标准要求。
Add cement mantle on tower reduce the vibration of generator set.
The noise of Gold(750kW) wind power generator set can meet the requirement of the criterion of industry corporation noise control and the criterion of noise in city area , by the noise reduction measure thereinafter.
7. 对弱电网的适应性
金风机组针对弱电网地区开发了UPS系统,防止电网掉电的冲击。另外,针对弱电网可能造成超出标准要求的电压、频率波动和谐波,金风750kW机组开发了相应的专项技术,采取调压、滤波和无功补偿装置的使用,选用工作电压宽的器件,对当地电网质量进行长期检测分析,以确定适当的电能质量偏差允许值,使安全运行的电网范围比以前提高约10%。
7、adaptability to light current net
Goldwind set is set on UPS system for the light current net area, for preventing the impact of power cut. And more, Goldwind(750kW) set has developed specialty technique aiming at overtopping pressure, frequency fluctuation and harmonic of the standard requirement which is possible in the light current net, taken pressure regulating, filtering and using equipment of reactive compensation, select parts which have wide working pressure, we check and analyze the local power net quality for long so that to make sure suitable permission of power windage, make the safety running of power net 10% higher than before.

8. 测风系统的抗低温性
为了保证测风系统在低温时的正常工作,防止冻结,主要采用如下的措施
 采用内置式加热器的风向标及风速仪。
 从结构设计上防止雨雪流入旋转部件,风速仪的 结构如右图所示,杯碗与壳体采用一体设计,将旋转轴承包覆在内。材料选用PC-GF10(碳纤维材料),耐低温。风向标的结构与此类似。
8、capacity of resisting lower temperature of wind measure system
In order to guarantee wind measure system to work properly in lower temperature, prevent freeze, we take measure hereinafter.
We take wind vane and anemoscope of insider heater
It is prevented from rain running into circumgyrating parts in structure design, the structure of anemoscope is showed in the drawing, the cup and shell is taken unitary design, covered circumgyrating bearing inside, taken PC-GF10(canbon fibre) as material, which can resist lower temperature. The structure of wind vane is similar to anemoscope.
9. 防雷保护
9.1 概述
实际上,对于处于旷野之中高耸物体,无论怎么样防护,都不可能完全避免雷击。因此,对于风力发电机组的防雷来说,应该把重点放在遭受雷击时如何迅速将雷电流引入大地,尽可能地减少由雷电导入设备的电流,最大限度地保障设备和人员的安全,使损失降低到最小的程度。金风750kW风力发电机组的防雷系统就是遵循这一原则而设计的,从叶尖到机组基础,各部分均采用了严密的防雷击保护措施,防雷按照IEC61024标准所规定的I级保护等级要求,参照执行IEC 61400-24、DIN VDE 0127、GB50057-1994等标准。金风750kW风力发电机组的防雷系统,根据相应的防雷标准,将风力发电系统的内外部分了多个电磁兼容性防雷保护区。其中,在机舱、塔身和主控室内外可以分为LPZ0、LPZ1和LPZ2三个区(如下图)。针对不同防雷区域采取有效的防护手段,主要包括雷电接受和传导系统、过电压保护和等电位连接等措施,这些都充分考虑了雷电的特点而设计,实践证明这一方法简单而有效。
9、Lightning Protection
9.1 summary
Actually, it is almost impossible to advoid being struck by lightning to high standing object in the field, no matter what we do. So we should pay more attention to conduct the lightning electricity into earth prompt in lightning protection of wind power generator set, reduce the electricity into the equipment as much as possible, protect the equipment and workers for the most part, reduce the loss of lightning striking to the least part. The lightning protection system of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is designed by this fundametal, from the blade tip to the base of set, all parts are taken measure of strict lightning protection, the lightning protection is according to I grade protection requirement of IEC61024, refering to IEC 61400-24、DIN VDE 0127、GB50057-1994 etc. The lightning protection system of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is seperated into many electromagnetism protection area from the inside to outside, and the engine room, tower and main control room can be divided into three areas: LPZ0,LPZ1 and LPZ2( drawing as follows ) . The efficient measure of lightning protection aiming at different area is including system of lightning acceptance and conduction system, overvoltage protection and equipotential connection etc., these measure of design is enough calculated character of lightning, have been proofed simple and effective.

9.2 雷电接受和传导系统
 作为风力发电机组中位置最高的部件,叶片是雷电袭击的首要目标,同时叶片又是风力发电机组中最昂贵的部件,因此叶片的防雷击保护至关重要。研究结果表明叶片的完全绝缘不能降低被雷击的风险而只能增加受损伤的程度,而在很多情况下雷击的位置在叶尖的背面。金风750kW风力发电机组的叶片根据这一研究结果开发应用了专门的防雷系统,由雷电接闪器和雷电传导部分组成。雷电接闪器是一个特殊设计的不锈钢螺杆,装置在叶片尖部,即叶片最可能被袭击的部位,接闪器可以经受多次雷电的袭击,损坏后也可以方便地更换。
9.2 system of lightning acceptance and conduction
The blade is chief target of lightning strike as it is the highest parts of wind power generator set, and it is most expensive parts of wind power generator set, therefor the lightning protection of blade is most important. The result of research shows that absolute insulated blade can not reduce the danger of lightning strike and bring more loss in strike, and in the most of time, the positoin of lighting strike is at the back of blade tip. The system of lightnging protection of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is based on this researching result, it is made of lightning acceptance and conduction parts, the lightning acceptance is special made screw of stainless steel, set on the blade tip, which part mostly could be struck, the lightning acceptance can take strike many times, and can be replaced easily after broken.
 在叶片内部,雷电传导部分将雷电从接闪器导入叶片根部的金属法兰,通过轮毂传至机舱。
 In the inside of blade, the lightning conduction part will conduct electricity from acceptance to flange of blade root, to the engine room from hub.
 在轮毂的法兰处装有间隙放电组成的保护将雷电流迅速传至机舱底座,释放雷击过电压。
 The lightning protection made of clearance discharging group at flange of hub will conduct electricity to the base of engine room promt, discharge lightning overvoltage.
 机舱底板与上段塔架之间、塔架各段之间、塔架除本身螺栓连接之外还增加了导体连接。
 Between the motherboard of engine room and upper tower, each section of tower, tower is connected with conduction joint except for its own bolt union.
 在机舱的后部还有一个避雷针,在遭受雷击的情况下将雷电流通过接地电缆传到机舱底座,避免雷电流沿传动系统的传导。
 There is a lightning rod in the back of engine room, it would conduct the electricity to the base of engine room through earthing cable when it is struck by lightning, avoid electricity conduct along transmission system.
 机舱底座为钢结构件,机舱内的零部件都通过接地线与之相连,接地线尽可能地短直。雷电流通过塔架和铜缆经基础接地传到大地中。
 The base of engine room is steel structure, the parts of engine room is connected base with earthing cable, the earthing cable should as shorter and straighter as possible. The electricity conduct to earth from the base of tower and copper cable.
 机组的接地按照GL规范设计,符合IEC61024-1或GB50057-1994的规定,采用平均直径大于10米的接地圆环,单台机组的接地供频电阻≤4Ω,多台机组的接地进行互连。这样通过延伸机组的接地网进一步降低接地电阻,使雷电流迅速流散入大地而不产生危险的过电压。
 The earthing of set is designed by criterion of GL, according to IEC61024-1 or GB50057-1994, it is taken earthing circle of average diameter over 10 meter, each earthing resistance of single set is less than 4Ω, many earthing of sets is connected. Therefor by earthing connected net of set , it reduce earthing resistance, make the electricity discharge in earth prompt without dangerous overvoltage.
9.3 过压保护和等电位系统
9.3 protection system of overvoltage and equalpotential
金风750kW风力发电机组的防雷系统中所采取的过压保护和等电位连接措施根据IEC61024、61312和61400和GB50057-1994的相关规定,在不同的保护区的交界处,通过防雷及电涌保护器对有源线路(包括电源线、数据线、测控线等)进行等电位连接
The lightning protection system of overvoltage and equalpotential connection measure of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is based on regulation of IEC61024、61312, 61400 and GB50057-1994, we connect equalpotential circuitry by lightning protection and electric surge protection in the jointing area of different protection parts (including power supply wire, datawire, measure and control wire etc.)
为了预防雷电效应,对处在机舱内的金属设备如:金属结构件、金属装置、电气装置、通讯装置和外来的导体在靠近地面处作了等电位连接,连接母线与接地装置连接。
We make equalpotential connection of metal equipments in engine room close with ground, connection generatrix is connected with earthing equipment, such as structure component of metal, metal equipment, electric equipment, communication equipment and external conductor .
汇集到机舱底座的雷电流,传送到塔架,由塔架本体将雷电流传输到底部,并通过接入点传输到接地网。
Lightning electricity is collected in the base of engine, transmit to tower, from the tower to the base, and by earthing point to earthing net.
9.4 隔离保护
9.4 isolation protection
 对于容易受到雷电感应过电压损害的控制系统,金风750kW风力发电机组采取了更加严密的隔离保护措施。
 Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is taken much strict measure of isolation protection to control system which is liable being damaged by overvoltage of lightning inductance.
 控制柜体采用薄钢板制成,具有良好的屏蔽作用。
 The case of control system is made of thin steel sheet, which is good at shield.
 控制电源采用隔离变压器进行隔离。
 The control of power supply is isolated by isolated transformer.
 各传感器和计算机输入端口采用光隔或压敏电阻进行隔离抗干扰保护。
 Each sensor and input port of computer is isolated and anti-jamming protected by light isolation or pressure sensitive resistance.
 电缆在敷设时采取了良好的屏蔽处理。

10.防腐保护
10. corrosion protection
恶劣的环境条件和超常的使用寿命,对风力发电机组零部件的防腐提出了较高的要求。腐蚀不仅影响到机组设备的美观和运行维护,严重情况下会影响到结构的强度,引发设备安全问题。
Wicked environment and exceeding use has high requirement to corrosion protection of parts of wind power generator set. Corrosion not only touches the outlook of generator set and maintenace, but also effects the structure strength, makes equipment un-safety in working.
金风公司在总结以往的工程经验的基础上,针对北方地区干燥、风沙大以及南方潮湿等的特点,按照GB/T14091-1993《机械工业产品环境参数分类及其严酷程度分级》标准的要求进行防腐处理。具体采取如下技术措施:
Goldwind corporation measure is based the requirement of GB/T14091-1993(the Environment Parameter System of Mechinery Production and Its Classification of Rigorous Grade), summed up working experience before, aiming at climate character of dry , windy , very dusty in the north and wet in the south, taken concrete measure hereinafter:

Electric equipment
The case of electric control is taken shell of protection grade over IP44, it is taken high quality airproof material and reasonable structure design; added dampproof heater in the case; made creepage space as big as possible by selected high quality material , to enhance the resisting corrosion capacity of electic equipment.

所有标准件采用锌铬膜(达克罗)涂层防腐。达克罗涂层由重叠在一起的独立锌片、铬酸聚合物单元组成,经300℃左右保温烘烤一定的时间后六价铬被还原成三价铬,生成无定形的复合铬盐化合物(nCrO3.mCr2O3)。该物质覆盖在母材表面及锌片、铝片的表面,将锌片、铝片与钢铁基材表面紧密地粘结在一起,抗腐蚀能力极佳。经试验,达克罗涂层在经过了一百小时的盐雾试验后,才被腐蚀掉一微米。比传统的表面镀锌处理工艺,工件的耐蚀性提高了七至十倍。由于工艺特点决定了达克罗在处理过程中不进行任何酸处理,也不存在电镀时的渗氢问题,加上涂层在高温下固化,所以从工艺上保证了达克罗涂层不会存在氢脆。这使它可以被应用在抗拉强度要求高的高强度零件的防腐处理。具有高渗透性、高耐气候性,高耐化学品稳定性及无环境污染等优点。
All standard parts are taken corrosion protection coat of zinc chrome film(dacromat).Dacromat coat is made of independent zinc flake and poly chromate piled up, after fired heat preservation in temperature 300℃ for a certain time,chromate of hexad will be changed to trivalence chrome, formed formless chrome compound(nCrO3.mCr2O3). This compound is covered on the surface of protected material and the surface of zinc flake, aluminium flake, felted zinc flake, aluminium flake and steel material in harness closely, which has very good capacity of resisting corrosion. After experiment, Dacromat coating is eaten off 1 micron after 100 hours’ salt fog experiment , it is seven to ten times higher in resisting corrosion than the tradational zincification treating measure. There is no acidification measure in dacromat treatment for its character, non problem of hydrogen charging in electroplate, and coat is solidified in high temperature, it guarantees that there is no hydrogen embrittlement of dacromat coat. This make it can be used in corrosion protection treatment of high strength parts which tensile strength is required high. It has high infiltration, high weatherability, high resistance to chemical elements and non environment pollution character etc.

针对南方及沿海地区与北方地区的不同气候特点,金风与世界最著名的防腐涂料公司(HEMPEL)共同制定了两种防腐方案。
Goldwind corporation and world famous corrosion protection coat corporation(HEMPEL) made two kind of corrosion protection plan together, aiming at climate difference between the south area along the sea and the north area .
-- 采用国际知名品牌“海虹”老人牌防腐漆,进行三层防腐漆的配套组合方案:底漆采用双组份环氧富锌漆,具有极强的电化学保护能力和较高的结合力;中间漆采用双组份聚酰胺环氧漆,加入高强度耐磨剂,具有很强的抗风沙冲击能力;面漆采用双组份聚氨脂面漆,具有良好的防紫外线能力。

It has very high capacity of electrochemistry protection and high bonding power; taken two constituent coat of epoxy polyamide as intermediate, added high strength anti-wear agent, which has very high capacity of resistance wind and dust striking; taken two constituent coat of polyamide as top coat, which has very high capacity of resistance ultravoilet radiation.
-- 其它机加工表面:涂沫防硬膜防锈油。它是以树脂为成膜材料,加入高分子防锈添加剂并用精制石油溶剂配成的防锈油,在金属表面成膜迅速、油膜坚固、透明而均匀,能很好地保护金属表面不被氧化。

 高海拔轮毂设计
 Hub design in high altitude position
 随着高度的增加,空气的密度将会降低,相应的风机的出力也会受影响,但这可以通过调整安装角的办法来弥补,例如:新疆达坂城风电场场址海拔高度为1180m.,属于高海拔地区。金风750kW风机针对这一情况,设计了专门适宜高海拔地区运行的轮毂,通过适当调整叶片的安装角,优化机组出力。
 With increasing of altitude, the density of air will reduce, and the contribution of wind power set will be effected, but it can be made up by adjusting staggar angle. Example: The altitude in site of Daban Town City in Sinkang is 1180 meter, it belongs to high altitude position. Aiming at this altitude Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is sepecially designed hug which is fit for high altitude, prioritization generator set by adjusting stagger angle of blade properly.

-- 叶片是吸收风能的主要部件,风机的出力与叶片的扫风面积成正比,金风750kW风力发电机组叶片,在保证整机结构和性能安全的前提下增加长度,使风机的出力相应的增加。
Blade is the major parts of taking wind power, the contribution of wind power set is proportional to front face area, the group of blades of Goldwind(750kW) generator set is lengthened its length based on safety, made the contribution of generator set increase.

12.抗台风性 (适用于南方)
12. capacity of resisting typhoon
金风750kW风力发电机组设计标准为Germanischer LIoyd 的I类风区,设计极限暴风风速为65.1m/s(5秒平均值),并且通过了GL认证。拥有两套刹车装置,气动刹车和机械刹车,当风速高于25 m/s持续10分钟,实现正常刹车(气动刹车先动作,转速降到一定值后,一组机械刹车动作),当风速高于33 m/s并持续2秒钟,实现正常刹车,当风速高于50 m/s并持续1秒钟,实现安全刹车(气动刹车和一组机械刹车先动作,发电机不退出,当发电机功率等于零,另一组机械刹车动作)。
The design criterion of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is for I grade wind area of Germanischer Lioyd, the utmost wind speed of wind storm is 65.1m/s(average value in 5 second), and it has been authenticated by GL. It has two set of brake equipment, pneumatic brake and mechanical brake, when wind speed is over 25m/s and last on 10 minutes, it will brake normally( firstly is pneumatic brake, after rotate speed is slowed down to a certain value, then is one of mechanical brake set), when the wind speed is over 33m/s and lasts on 2 second, it will brake normally, when the wind speed is over 50m/s and lasts on 1 second, it will brake safely.(first is pneumatic brake and one set of mechanical brake, the generator is still working, when the generator power is zero, is the other mechanical brake)
风速过高时,对于风机最安全的方法是停机,静态风机受到的载荷要远远小于动态载荷。当有台风袭击时,一般情况下将风机提前停机并主动偏离主风向90度偏航,减小风机叶轮的受风面,减小大风对风机载荷的影响。
When the wind speed is too high, the most safety measure to wind power set is stop working, the load of wind power set in static state is smaller by far than dynamic state. We should have stopped wind power working ahead normally and away the wind direction 90 degree yawing when there is typhoon, reduce the front face area of blade, reduce effection of the load of wind power of gale.

1.        高强度结构设计

北方地区多是山谷、平原地形,风资源非常丰富,加之冬夏及昼夜温差较大,要求机组具有高强度的设计来适应这种多变的气候特点。而目前风电届面临着齿轮箱问题的巨大挑战,大批量的齿轮箱出现问题给设备制造商和用户都带来了巨大的损失。齿轮箱问题已经引起了风电工业界的高度关注,在德国认证机构的Germanischer Lloyd2003年颁布的新的风力发电机组认证指南中,重新规定了齿轮箱的设计要求,提出了比以前更为严格的指标。金风750kW机组齿轮箱按照最新的设计规范制造,具有以下特点:
# O+ y) h) t' [) d0 HThe terrain of the north is most of valley and plain, the resource of wind is very rich, the difference in temperature of day and night and from summer to winter is quite large, which asks generator set should be taken on design of high strengthen stucture to fit these changeful character of climate. Wind power field is now facing the great challenge of gear box, numbers of gear boxs have problem, which make great loss to the equipment manufactures and users. The problem of gear box have got high attention in wind power field, it is stated the requirement of design of gear box over again, brought forward more strict index than before in the new edition manual of wind power generator set, which is published by German organization of certeficate Germanischer Lloyd in 2003. The gear boxs of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set are designed and made by the new index, which have character hereinafter:

齿轮按照额定载荷计算寿命期内的强度,轴承按照85%的额定载荷1,600,000工作小时设计选型,这比GL规范所要求的按照设计载荷谱(LDD)核算的方法要保守的多,但安全性高。同时为了追求更高的安全性,以适应不稳定风况变化所带来的载荷波动影响,金风750kW机组的齿轮箱设计额定功率取825kW。

In order to get more safety at the same time to fit the wave of load caused by the changeful wind, the rating power of gear box of Goldenwind(750kW) generator set is taken 825kW.

basing on the character of climate in the north, we select EQUIVIS XV32(ultrahigh viscosity index superfilm hydraulic pressure oil) produced by Total. Two of most important index of hydraulic oil is viscosity index and pouring point, the viscosity index shows the major parameter of viscosity variation of temperature of the oil, pouring point shows the fluid of oil in low temperature. Total EQUIVIS XV32 The pouring point of hydraulic oil Total EQUIVIS XV32 can be -55℃, which can guarantee the hydraulic system working properly in low temperature.

        发电机
, T3 {8 Y" r- l/ u3 g0 |2 [        发电机采用通风冷却形式,内通风通过内部风扇轴向吹风,将定转子绕组产生的热量压入定子壳体内循环通风道。外壳采用散热性能好,带散热翅片的结构,外部风扇直接安装在电机的转子轴上。电机转动时,气流通过外壳散热片之间的通道,带走大量的热量,从而保证了发电机的冷却。9 @$ {* n- {# d* r

Generator is taken aeration cooling system, inside wind is blowed to shaft by inside fan, press the heat of rotor group into aeration path of inside circulation of stator shell. The outside shell is taken stucture of heat loss wing which has good heat loss character, the outside fan is set on the shaft of generator rotor. When the generator is running, the air flow will take away large quantiy of heat by passing the path of heat loss wing, guarantee to cool the generator.4 M# l0 t7 F  i: O4 o

复杂地形的风况条件与平坦地势的风况有很大的不同,特别是在山区,风向变化复杂,湍流强度也更大,这种条件对于风力发电机组来讲,疲劳载荷将有很大变化。; ^: M7 I6 m  [, R- B- ~
5、adaptablity of load in complicated terrain.
$ `$ l2 h: F  h* l, q2 T1 { wind condition in complicated terrain is quite different from plain terrain, especially in the mountainous area, direction change of the wind is complicated, overflow intensity is much strong, the fatigue loading of wind power generator set would change greatly in such condition.7 U. 一般来讲,复杂地形条件下,多变的风向、湍流以及来流迎角(来流与风轮轴线的夹角)使机组的疲劳载荷发生变化。利用风力机设计软件Bladed程序我们可以很明显地看到(详见图1、图2):即使在平均风速相同,但随着风向、湍流和其他条件的变化,机组特别是齿轮箱所承受的交变载荷完全不一样。因此,在山区复杂地形条件下选择机型时,关键零部件的强度性能是需要重点考虑的因素之一。3 C; U' i% m4 n0 h$ v! B
Usually, in complicated terrain, changeful wind direction, overfall and airflow angle(the angle of airflow direction and shaft of rotor) make the fatigue loading change. 实际上,对于处于旷野之中高耸物体,无论怎么样防护,都不可能完全避免雷击。因此,对于风力发电机组的防雷来说,应该把重点放在遭受雷击时如何迅速将雷电流引入大地,尽可能地减少由雷电导入设备的电流,最大限度地保障设备和人员的安全,使损失降低到最小的程度。金风750kW风力发电机组的防雷系统就是遵循这一原则而设计的,从叶尖到机组基础,各部分均采用了严密的防雷击保护措施,防雷按照IEC61024标准所规定的I级保护等级要求,参照执行IEC 61400-24、DIN VDE 0127、GB50057-1994等标准。金风750kW风力发电机组的防雷系统,根据相应的防雷标准,将风力发电系统的内外部分了多个电磁兼容性防雷保护区。其中,在机舱、塔身和主控室内外可以分为LPZ0、LPZ1和LPZ2三个区(如下图)。针对不同防雷区域采取有效的防护手段,主要包括雷电接受和传导系统、过电压保护和等电位连接等措施,这些都充分考虑了雷电的特点而设计,实践证明这一方法简单而有效。: M6 f' G: O, h* V1 g

Actually, it is almost impossible to advoid being struck by lightning to high standing object in the field, no matter what we do. So we should pay more attention to conduct the lightning electricity into earth prompt in lightning protection of wind power generator set, reduce the electricity into the equipment as much as possible, protect the equipment and workers for the most part, reduce the loss of lightning striking to the least part. The lightning protection system of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is designed by this fundametal, from the blade tip to the base of set, all parts are taken measure of strict lightning protection, the lightning protection is according to I grade protection requirement of  IEC61024, refering to  IEC 61400-24、DIN VDE 0127、GB50057-1994 etc. The lightning protection system of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is seperated into many electromagnetism protection area from the inside to outside, and the engine room, tower and main control room can be divided into three areas: LPZ0,LPZ1 and LPZ2( drawing as follows ) . The efficient measure of lightning protection aiming at different area is including system of lightning acceptance and conduction system, overvoltage protection and equipotential connection etc., these measure of design is enough calculated character of lightning, have been proofed simple and effective.- [" r3 C; U4 M7 k

9.2  雷电接受和传导系统
% t" Y7 n% k  x1 \         作为风力发电机组中位置最高的部件,叶片是雷电袭击的首要目标,同时叶片又是风力发电机组中最昂贵的部件,因此叶片的防雷击保护至关重要。研究结果表明叶片的完全绝缘不能降低被雷击的风险而只能增加受损伤的程度,而在很多情况下雷击的位置在叶尖的背面。金风750kW风力发电机组的叶片根据这一研究结果开发应用了专门的防雷系统,由雷电接闪器和雷电传导部分组成。雷电接闪器是一个特殊设计的不锈钢螺杆,装置在叶片尖部,即叶片最可能被袭击的部位,接闪器可以经受多次雷电的袭击,损坏后也可以方便地更换。5 r+ S- D5 s- J$ o; u& R
9.2 system of lightning acceptance and conduction
$ j( c/ j/ r) q* u- ]The blade is chief target of lightning strike as it is the highest parts of wind power generator set, and it is most expensive parts of wind power generator set, therefor the lightning protection of blade is most important. The result of research shows that absolute insulated blade can not reduce the danger of lightning strike and bring more loss in strike, and in the most of time, the positoin of lighting strike is at the back of blade tip. The system of lightnging protection of Goldwind(750kW) wind power generator set is based on this researching result, it is made of lightning acceptance and conduction parts, the lightning acceptance is special made screw of stainless steel, set on the blade tip, which part mostly could be struck, the lightning acceptance can take strike many times, and can be replaced easily after broken.0 f" Q6 J0 S3 t. j* n

        机组的接地按照GL规范设计,符合IEC61024-1或GB50057-1994的规定,采用平均直径大于10米的接地圆环,单台机组的接地供频电阻≤4Ω,多台机组的接地进行互连。这样通过延伸机组的接地网进一步降低接地电阻,使雷电流迅速流散入大地而不产生危险的过电压。" [; B- E9 H( O; Q! b9 T
        The earthing of set is designed by criterion of GL, according to IEC61024-1 or GB50057-1994, it is taken earthing circle of average diameter over 10 meter, each earthing resistance of single set is less than 4Ω, many earthing of sets is connected. ; z6 \8 O9 p, a" g所有标准件采用锌铬膜(达克罗)涂层防腐。达克罗涂层由重叠在一起的独立锌片、铬酸聚合物单元组成,经300℃左右保温烘烤一定的时间后六价铬被还原成三价铬,生成无定形的复合铬盐化合物(nCrO3.mCr2O3)。该物质覆盖在母材表面及锌片、铝片的表面,将锌片、铝片与钢铁基材表面紧密地粘结在一起,抗腐蚀能力极佳。经试验,达克罗涂层在经过了一百小时的盐雾试验后,才被腐蚀掉一微米。比传统的表面镀锌处理工艺,工件的耐蚀性提高了七至十倍。由于工艺特点决定了达克罗在处理过程中不进行任何酸处理,也不存在电镀时的渗氢问题,加上涂层在高温下固化,所以从工艺上保证了达克罗涂层不会存在氢脆。这使它可以被应用在抗拉强度要求高的高强度零件的防腐处理。具有高渗透性、高耐气候性,高耐化学品稳定性及无环境污染等优点。
# v! x4 X2 ~* L. q/ V! |All standard parts are taken corrosion protection coat of zinc chrome film(dacromat).Dacromat coat is made of independent zinc flake and poly chromate piled up, after fired heat preservation in temperature 300℃ for a certain time,chromate of hexad will be changed to trivalence chrome, formed formless chrome compound(nCrO3.mCr2O3). This compound is covered on the surface of protected material and the surface of zinc flake, aluminium flake, felted zinc flake, aluminium flake and steel material in harness closely, which has very good capacity of resisting corrosion. After experiment, Dacromat coating is eaten off 1 micron after 100 hours’ salt fog experiment , it is seven to ten times higher in resisting corrosion than the tradational zincification treating measure. There is no acidification measure in dacromat treatment for its character, non problem of hydrogen charging in electroplate, and coat is solidified in high temperature, it guarantees that there is no hydrogen embrittlement of dacromat coat. This make it can be used in corrosion protection treatment of high strength parts which tensile strength is required high. 0 ^# ^; R. E, E- O金风750kW风力发电机组设计标准为Germanischer LIoyd 的I类风区,设计极限暴风风速为65.1m/s(5秒平均值),并且通过了GL认证。拥有两套刹车装置,气动刹车和机械刹车,当风速高于25 m/s持续10分钟,实现正常刹车(气动刹车先动作,转速降到一定值后,一组机械刹车动作),当风速高于33 m/s并持续2秒钟,实现正常刹车,当风速高于50 m/s并持续1秒钟,实现安全刹车(气动刹车和一组机械刹车先动作,发电机不退出,当发电机功率等于零,另一组机械刹车动作)。

It has two set of brake equipment, pneumatic brake and mechanical brake, when wind speed is over 25m/s and last on 10 minutes, it will brake normally( firstly is pneumatic brake, after rotate speed is slowed down to a certain value, then is one of mechanical brake set), when the wind speed is over 33m/s and lasts on 2 second, it will brake normally, when the wind speed is over 50m/s and lasts on 1 second, it will brake safely.(first is pneumatic brake and one set of mechanical brake, the generator is still working, when the generator power is zero,  is the other mechanical brake), r1 N) U& A7 r& `" O: ^
风速过高时,对于风机最安全的方法是停机,静态风机受到的载荷要远远小于动态载荷。当有台风袭击时,一般情况下将风机提前停机并主动偏离主风向90度偏航,减小风机叶轮的受风面,减小大风对风机载荷的影响。  c/ `8 J2 G* l- u$ f. [
When the wind speed is too high, the most safety measure to wind power set is stop working, the load of wind power set in static state is smaller by far than dynamic state. We should have stopped wind power working ahead normally and away the wind direction 90 degree yawing when there is typhoon, reduce the front face area of blade, reduce effection of the load of wind power of gale.
