in the help of PSCAD, it doesn't explain how to build the PSCAD model   in detail; however, it      does tell us the papers to referrence.
& j# [) `8 M) f, zthese two papers above is about first example, which is how to use active filter. in here, i am       trying to post these two original papers to help us to understand the  principle of active filters      and how to use some existing reseach result to build our own simulation.
