•        Work with local account teams, apply specific experience to building smart grid or power generation solutions for clients

•        Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work

Solution architect CoC members are typically expected to have the following combination of qualifications and experience:
/ y. ~# O6 W4 a•        An advanced degree, ideally some combination of electrical engineering, business administration and information technology
0 q/ Z) t% c, B$ b: d•        Considerable experience with the energy utility industry (electricity/gas distribution or electricity generation), typically gained through employment with a utility and/or several years of consulting, software or others services to the industry.
$ m3 |9 l) i9 N$ ^•        Specific skills and experience in one or more aspects of smart grid, smart metering or optimization of power generation, with a demonstrated ability to remain at the leading edge of utility and technology advancements
) w' m3 J7 K4 v% U•        The ability to work effectively with people in other cultures and countries.2 K. I8 V+ K" |' h
•        Strong written or oral communication skills in English , t- {5 I  E7 C5 U( m' T* X. h4 z
•        Proficiency in another language preferred, ideally a Western European or Chinese language.

•        Knowledge of EMS, DMS, OMS, SCADA system functionality/ F$ y. d' |7 z9 y
•        Consulting or SI experiences in related fields is definitely a plus
