ATPDraw is only a preprocessor to the ATP package which requires a licence. A separate post-processing tool is also required. ATPDraw can be set up to execute ATP and a plotting program directly via Tools|Options/Preferences. The actual setup is dependent on the ATP version and the choise of plotting programs.
