0 }! t8 u. ?3 Z7 W) e    2015 International Seminar on Social Science and Humanistic Education (SSHE 2015) has finished with a perfect ending on the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta in November 19-20, 2015. Some primary achievements were obtained after the lively discussion of attendees on related topics of humanities and social sciences. The proceedings of SSHE 2015 were published by a cooperative press and all articles were indexed by CPCI and CNKI eventually.
    With the achievements of SSHE 2015, the 2016 2nd International Conference on Social Science and Humanistic Education (SSHE 2016) will be held on December 15-16, 2016 in Osaka, Japan. SSHE 2016 pay more attention to the topics of humanities and social sciences, which researches social phenomenon and law, and is a huge knowledge system with the research objective, namely society, including jurisprudence, economics, politics, sociology, history, etc.. In addition to exploring the law of different disciplines, humanities education is also important, which shapes moral man. Therefore, we attach importance to the uniformity of humanistic culture and scientific culture, affirm the people-oriented viewpoint, establish the dialectical view of human basis and social standard on value, emphasize the primary education and professional education’s oneness rather than separability and absorb the fundamental spirit of aforementioned two kinds of liberal educations.
* _8 A* T( E- D: k2 W* e; z4 i    Breakthroughs in experiments and theory are often the basis of technological progress. Recognizing this important fact, SSHE 2016 will provide an appropriate forum for the communication of developments in social science research that may be beneficial to the humanities and social science and allow interactions and exchange of experiences among the relevant communities.
/ e9 c7 Q7 B& m& N* R5 W! p* S    Only unpublished research paper can be accepted by SSHE 2016. Paper which is submitted will be examined by conference’s scientific committee, and all the accepted paper will be sent to cooperative press to publish and send the index to CPCI (which is originally ISTP), CNKI and so on. The organisers of SSHE 2016 invite all scientists and researchers interested in one of the topics of the conference to present their insights and achievements. The organisers are encouraging young scientists and researchers to participate through a reduced conference fee.

● 英文论文要求8页以内（含图表、公式等），正文20000字符以上。
注：正文指除标题、作者、摘要、关键词、引文之外的文章主体；
以上要求，如果图表较多，可适当放宽字数要求。
