approaches for the design of the energy conversion system, the layout of the farm itself, the 4 y, z% }( E5 y8 i4 a. k1 r6 Udistribution system of the farm, and for the transmission of power to the distant shore.+ l+ `+ p5 W% r% X- G
Conventional generation and power electronic conversion systems will be revised and adapted 1 |7 n, s; M; l# xto the harsh conditions and stricter requirements of offshore installations. A system oriented# B! }# a/ ^6 W7 s) g5 _1 p
approach for the integration of this power will be introduced, taking into account the most # @ g U' o, q- a2 b% ~severe contingencies to be encountered with the goal of fulfilling the regulations regarding" X* G- \6 a4 E
