我是一名新人，想请教一下各位高手电气方面比较权威的杂志有哪些啊

中国电机工程学报电力系统自动化电网技术
高电压电工技术学报这些都比较权威吧
我知道最权威的是国际上的IEEE

 IEEE （Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers）
 PES (Power  Engineering Society)
 IEEE transactions on Power Apparatus and Systems(PAS)    1986年止，分为：
          IEEE transactions on Power Systems
          IEEE transactions on Power Delivery
          IEEE transactions on Energy Conversion
 IEE (The institution of Electrical Engineers) 现在叫IET
 PICA（Power Industry Computer Application）
 CIGRE (International Council on Large Electric Systems)
