这本规范 主要是针对 高压输电线路的 ADSS 光缆的  也叫 
$ D- U9 k- J8 u" }0 E; ~全介质自承式光缆
- D3 a' W) i3 h2 {All  Dielectric Self-Supporting Optical Fiber Cabl, j2 ]6 H% J) a9 d; L) K. A
