The TLINE program is used to calculate parameters of traveling wave lines.

The 230KV, 60Hz, 100MVA is default value display on the program.

Therefore, whatever you type, just for yourself reference, tline.exe doesn't use it.

There is some description of tline algorithm in chapter 4 of EMTP theory book.
