The TLINE program is used to calculate parameters of traveling wave lines.

The results will be traveling time, surge impedance,Resistor and transformation matrix.

However, those three are not used in the program at all.

There is some description of tline algorithm in chapter 4 of EMTP theory book.
% m8 @$ c m9 u7 KNotice that tline.exe is written by EMTDC people, it may not be exactly the same as EMTP.
