One is comtrade format, which a common format for fault recorder.
Most of the play back system recognize this format. You can

The other is RTP format, which is a special format of another product of

The story of transmission line is too long to tell here. It needs a graduate course around 30 hours.

There are following types of line models from simple to sophisticate:

if the answer is affirmed.i should to read carefully the EMTP rulebook .

i read carefully the  EMTDC Users Guide. is this associate with practice parameter in the normal transformer test? and i can't distill the right parameter for EMTDC form the test such as " no load test" and "short circuit test". what can i do if i what to set right parameter for transformer model?
please give me an hand!

6 {( H; j" C4 e- E2. You got to understand the basic theory of transformer before you simulate it. You are recommended to read electric machinery book. PSCAD of EMTP manual would babysitter those basic ideas such as no load loss or short circuit impedance.......
