Version 31 contains some standard wind farm models
Generic Wind Models
# ^ z) I4 y/ Z: hSiemens PTI is closely involved in the efforts of the WECC WGMG to develop generic models of 44 s+ d7 A1 ]5 T0 G1 M& P
types of Wind Turbines:* }- D5 n; z L
• Type 1 - directly connected induction machine
# V8 z( A& @ f( y8 R2 f; x• Type 2 - wound rotor induction machine with the external rotor resistance control: Q7 p& L$ R9 J- f" F+ m3 f
• Type 3 - doubly-fed induction generator' }5 \0 T8 I/ l. Y; m
• Type 4 - machine decoupled from the grid by a power converter.
0 \* E! X* o) w6 b9 q# dUsing this standards-based approach, PTI is creating generic models that are parametrically
