! h$ D. {( _/ A: N# P% L' ?$ [The electrical modeling and simulation engineer develops real-time models with cutting edge technologies for power system and electrical drive applications,works with top engineers worldwide and gets involved in a full range of engineering practices, from software to firmware, to hardware.4 j. ]0 s. f; L' o) V1 F. Main duties:
" \* t) H/ o* k· Conducts simulation studies for clients :
! g! m) }/ {6 |/ f7 {& s- Model electrical circuits.# K. N# \4 X- B; W* j: J' S6 v
- Validate evaluation model parameters.
$ }( t' n0 l# h2 Q2 p {, j5 u- Perform case studies and test cases.- w0 y7 O. y' K/ J" N+ f
- Write reports.1 \7 b. q% Z$ M6 w" }# }
· Participate in electrical product development :$ w+ Z7 K" P0 G* I! g
- Draft product technical specifications.9 g$ ]% @; L. i" m7 G9 U
- Simulate and validate models.6 F7 V2 ^# g+ ?5 B: b5 ?! a
· Participate in technical seminars
4 |6 u8 m: b. s7 G- Participate in overseas product roll-outs (10 % of the time).

- Perform product demonstrations.

4 Y2 ]) B- J t* V# b) T· Education: Masters in electrical engineering. Ph.D. is an asset, as well as a specialization in power electronic;
- c* O' C- J8 o* I" B/ U· Required knowledge: Knowledge of power electronics, electric drives, power systems and energy conversion systems;
3 h1 k! H" J; `- u· Basic knowledge of the following tools: MATLAB/Simulink, SimPower Systems and EMTP-RV or pscad-EMTDC. Asset : RT-LAB, RTDS or dSpace Simulators;
3 k' i1 T. S C3 U" T· Language: Excellent knowledge of Mandarin and English, Korean is an asset;# z. A2 B. P! g& g2 b/ ?% p7 L

· Work hours: Flexible schedule of 20 hours/week during the internship
