PSCAD在amd64位处理器中出错

Important: If you have PSCAD 4.2.1 (2006) or a previous version installed, and you want to install, PSCAD 4.2.1 (2007), you need to first remove (uninstall) your older V4.2.x release before installing the 2007 release, otherwise the upgrade may not work.
If you are running Windows 2000 or XP, then the 2007 build is not needed, just replace the masterlibary as described below. This 2007 update is primarly for users wanting to install PSCAD on Vista, XP64, or Vista 64.
