专业英文词汇疑惑

由于刚接触这个专业不太久，很多专业英文词汇看不太懂，希望留此帖寻求一下帮助，也希望能帮助到跟我类似的朋友！！

如何理解好，最小负荷中断和脱落，感觉不太顺呀
