请在电力系统专业SCI期刊上发表文章的老师或同学畅谈投稿经验（专家分/金币奖励）

以上9种期刊是版主心中电力系统专业最常投稿的9个刊物，对应版主心中的排名，欢迎大家交流投稿经验和拍砖。需指出的是，电力类有很多其他的期刊可以投，例如 IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications等等。但这9个期刊的名称中是带有“power”的，所以其他期刊没有列入排名。如果大家有异议，我再修改... 我是来学习的，也想投一篇试试，到底水多深 感觉诸位都是大神 怕是发不了，只能发EI了
话说版主的美女头像换了 前三个确实比较多。 第一个和第三个比较难中，尤其是第一个，IEEE Transactions论文一般都会有至少两轮甚至4至5轮的审稿意见，而且每轮的审稿人可能都不一样。因此，在投之前一定要确保自己修改到极致为止，理论要有创新、内容要丰富、算例结果要从多方面支撑论文的理论，不然第一轮被拒了就没机会了。只要第一轮不被拒且审稿人的问题不尖锐，相当于就成功了一大半，好好修改和逐条回答审稿人的问题，被录用的可能性就很大。 第一个和第三个比较难中，尤其是第一个，IEEE Transactions论文一般都会有至少两轮甚至4至5轮的审稿意见，而 ...

PD is better for sure. In fact it is even better than PWRS in the recent years. PWRS is tending to focus more on some boring topic rather than core power system technical problem. It was much better than now. PD is the most focus journal in power system circle at this moment. It is hard to say how hard to publish a paper. It is real depends. It you are writing an importantproblem that may people interested in, it would hard as everyone cares it. If it is nice result but not very important, it would very easy, as no one cares it.
Normally algorithm based is easier, while mechanism based is hard. 除了文章本身质量，发IEEE和IET多少也需要一些运气成分。
审稿时间方面，IEEE Transactions on Power Systems似乎要比IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution稍快些。碰到拖拉的审稿人，一审周期超过一年半，然后修改，再审，经历了四轮审稿。从投稿到录用花了近三年时间，每次审稿专家都不同。
当然，运气好的话，两个月拿到一审结果，修改一月后就录用的情况也有的。 投国外期刊比较难的是，审稿时间上比较难以把握。
如果等文章毕业的话，可能会耗不起。 正需要这方面的信息，感谢斑竹
