in the help of PSCAD, it doesn't explain how to build the PSCAD model   in detail; however, it      does tell us the papers to referrence.
these two papers above is about first example, which is how to use active filter. in here, i am       trying to post these two original papers to help us to understand theprinciple of active filters      and how to use some existing reseach result to build our own simulation.

i am new guy in PSCAD, but i am supposed to use it for long time later on, so if i have some         improvement about it, i will post here to share with all the friends in CEPSC.
