感谢斑竹的工作，刚开始觉得板上限制太多了，但是后来觉得只有这样才能促进板上的繁荣。个人觉得这个网站可以向国家电网，或是电科院申请经费，本版起到了电力工作者，学生的交流平台的作用,在美国，这样的平台都有工业界和国家自然科学基金支持

Couple of thoughts for discussion -

1. have additional option - allow using cash to buy 学分，金币 etc
2. provide an option for special membership for these who want pay some amount of cash, which will support the forum and help the members. Grant these special membes higher status.
3. someone might want to donate, so grant them special membership status.

not sure these have been used/considered... but using market oriented methods to sustain the operation of forum.... the way to go.
