Firstly I have no any relationship with Prof. Yang, nor North China Electric Power University. I am reply this message just like to express my personal opinion.

I am not saying who should be 评上院士, and who shouldn't. In fact many people are enough to be 评上院士, but never been. Besides Prof Yang, you can easily pick quite a few, Prof. Xia and Prof.Wang in XJTU, Prof, Chen in HUST and Prof. Li in TJU.......It doesn't matter if they are 院士, those people are highly respected.

从这次讨论可以看出
在当前的教育理念和社会风气影响下
某些年轻人的价值观也出现偏差了
不知道哪些人该受到尊重

哪些道德高、学术也高的人值得敬重
哪些道德高、学术不算太高的也值得尊敬
但一些道德不高、学术高的就需要敬而远之

向那些勤恳、朴实奋斗在教育一线的老先生们致敬！
