Saber 2007 安装问题？！

在双击安装文件以后
出现了以下画面提示
有没有哪位知道是怎么回事
该怎么解决？

更改语言
也不能安装
虽然不提示上面那个对话框
但是安装程序自动关闭了

It seems the problem is the support Fonts or language.
May you switch the Windows Operation System (English/Chinese),
