    Forgot CMU, RPI should be in the first tie, and Rolla should be around 1 tie and 2 tie.
I am not meaning to give such a rank. I just like to propose an opinion that
rank by range or tie is more reasonable that a list. It is hard to know the details
of all universities, so an approximation looks more reasonable.
I might miss lots of the good schools. This is not a list, it is a
very rough range.
