但是我的用的是加密狗，刚买的教育版。服务器更新激活，按照那个给的账号和密码，激活不了。."download failed(http/1.1401 authorization required).please check user credentials"

请登录官方支持网站，网站地址和注册信息都在User License那个跟合同差不多的纸质文件中。注册登录后，在download选项卡下下载License Activation， 安装后即可。
