看看help The Limiting Function or 'hard limiter' outputs a duplicate of the input signal as long as the input falls between the upper and lower limits.If the signal exceeds either limit, the output value remains at that limit.

上下限，当低于下限时，保持下限输出；当超过上限时，保持上限输出；在范围之内，原值输出
