you want to study the generation capacity of wind farm?
usually it's been done use the local wind profile (historical data) and the forecast for the wind farm site. then look at individual turbine efficiency (the manufacturer should supply those efficiency curve of their product, otherwise, general efficiency curve can be applied). according to the efficiency curve, you should be able to find the expected electricity output based on your wind profile and efficiency curve. after all, anticipate your generation capacity you have to anticipate your wind profile first.
