英国卡迪夫大学博士申请-SmartGrid与Energy Infrastructure方向

英国卡迪夫大学Nick Jenkins教授是目前英国能源研究领域唯一的一位
集IEEE Fellow，IET Fellow和英国皇家工程院院士于一身的著名教授。
他曾是曼彻斯特大学电力系统研究队伍的领军人，目前任卡迪夫大学能源
研究院主任，美国斯坦福大学清水教授。

卡迪夫大学是英国EPSRC大型科研项目SUPERGEN HiDEF (Highly Distributed
Energy Future)成员之一，目前正计划招收4个博士研究生，主要方向有：

1）Analysis and modelling of energy systems using multiple energy
vectors (electricity/gas/heat)
2）Power system control of a Smart Grid cell of around 60-100 MWe capacity
3）Control and operation of Biomass CHP units and their use in District
Heating Schemes.
4）Investigation of the use of Smart Metering to operate Highly Distributed
Energy Systems
