这篇报告是美国电科院EPRI(Electric Power Research Institute )于2009年6月17日完成的，是我这里英文参考文献最长的一篇，也是涉及面比较广，相对比较系统的一篇。
报告中提到的智能电网概念模型（Smart Grid Conceptual Model）还是有一定的参考价值的。此外报告中还分析了智能电网中的应用和需求，包括Wide Area Situational Awareness (WASA) 、Demand Response 、Electric Storage、Electric Transportation 、AMI Systems、Distribution Grid Management等，还讨论了智能电网网络安全问题。
