atp-emtp里如何实现编译链接导入atp元件库？

由于电网比较大atp默认的数据卡不够，故我需要做数据卡扩展；我在的rule book 里面找到了redimensioning procedure：
1、edit the file containing the list size described in section 2.5.1;
2、Run the variable dimensioning support utility generally called vardim. this utlity uses the listsizes file as input,and as output it generates the fortran source module newmods.f;
3、compile newmods.f and re-link newmods.0 to the previded emtp libraries(in some systems it will be newmods.for and newmods.obj).
第一、二步我已经实现了，第三步编译链接导入emtp库我不知道如何实现?还请高手指教！

没有用过，帮着顶一下，不过我感觉用ATP做这么大的系统的并不多
