NEETRACwww.neetrac.gatech.edu 我也想了解一下 哈发来，人人都知道 别的国家不是很了解了，上面有人写道德国的很多实验室，这个我还是很了解的。我现在的大学RWTH的实验室还行，不过高压冲击的试验不太做，主要做100kV左右的。德国的Brauschweig，慕尼黑，Dresden，Darmstadt大学的实验室都算是高校里比较好的了，检测所就是FGH，IPH比较权威，高中压试验做的都很全面，其中FGH在Mannheim，IPH在柏林 Greece
