pscad与vista

我电脑是vista系统，在装pscad时显示“Full release of PSCAD 4.2.0（will not patch 4.1.x）”然后点击确定后显示Unhandled Exception
Error number：0x80040707
Description:DLL Function call crashed;
SysQuery.dWNTChecRunningProcess
Setupwill now terminate.
请问各位，这是什么原因，是不是与vista不兼容？请赐教

楼主注意要装4.2.1版本的PSCAD，4.2版的好像Vista下装不了
