怎么卸载PSCAD

想卸载PSCAD，出现
         Setup detected running instance of<imgrd-hvdc>.see list below:

      you must stop the licence manager service and any other active licence manager instances
         before continuing.

请教是怎么回事？

用优化大师可删除，一般都可用其删除其它删不了的文件，效果不错

还没有考虑过卸载该软件

我的电脑上删除这个软件没有出现问题，可能是要求在任务管理器中停止license服务器

360杀毒软件也可以卸载
