As I have told you, No 理论基础的差异. I wonder where is the table 3 coming from. Obviously there are mistakes in the table.The surge impedance is right:
Zs=sqrt(L/C)
The velocity is wrong, it should be:
v=1.0/sqrt(L*C)
as such the travel time would be:
t=Length/v=Length/sqrt(L*C)
Both EMTP and PSCAD/EMTDC, or anyone who does electromegnectic transients simulation, must follow those basic concept, or else they won't work.
