Position: Transformer Inspector
Main responsibilities:
Daily quality inspection of transformer. Quality follow-up on transformer assembly and testing of transformer.Follow-up on deviations on transformer found in our production. To participate when transformer are being out of work and a root cause analysis is carried out on damaged transformer To par-ticipate in prototype testings of new products.Follow-up on delivery plans.Connecting link between our company and the supplier. To participate in supplier performance and follow implementation action plans.
Requirements:
Technical higher education as e.g. mechanical engineer. Experience with transformers is an advantage e.g. at production or service level. Good formulating capacity.Experience with quality assurance of complex products is an advantage.Good Practice in Quality Control Field. Knowledge and skills in Quality Policy and Procedure. Knowlegde and skills in Health,Safety and Environment policy and procedure is an advangtage. Knowdledge in FMEA and 8D is desirerable. Be familiar with Microsoft Software. Multi-tasking ability. Good command in written and speaking in Mandarin and English. Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently. 2）能源建设相关专业（热动、电气、热工等）本科及以上学历、高级技术职称
3）10年以上电厂项目建设、设计或电厂运营管理经历，担任过2个以上电力项目的项目经理或担任过1个以上电厂项目筹建处负责人，年龄45岁以下。
4）有项目经理任职资质（一级项目经理或PMP、IPMP证书）、有大型电厂筹建处主任或生产厂长经历者优先。
