请教国外失灵保护如何实现
请教下国外失灵保护是如何现实的?国内是线路保护再配置一套失灵启动装置，由失灵启动装置的接点与线路保护的保护动作接点串联后接至母差，由母差来实现失灵跳其他线路。国外有些地方不配母差保护，线路保护装置自带失灵功能（50BF），不知国外当线路失灵时，是不是由该线路的失灵直接去跳开其他线路，还是有另外的实现方式。能否介绍下国外二次回路的接线。失灵保护

Idaho is an excellent place for power engineers. Once upon a time I was trying to find opportunities over there. But assuming that in that area it is not easy to get Chinese food and the weather there is cold, finally I gave up the idea.

Idaho is treating me great. There are some great companies around this area, like SEL, power engineers. The weather in the summer is great. But the winter is aweful. It is a great place to establish a family, not really good for the young cause it is kind of boring here. I will try to find a job in the west coast after graduation.
