pscad怎么产生带限白噪声啊？

有没有哪位大神知道pscad怎么产生带限白噪声吗？Here, the desired white noise was obtained using the RAN command in TACS and an analog bandpass filter was designed to obtain white noise in the frequency range 4-14 Hz . Gaussian white noise with zero mean was createdfrom a uniform distribution using the Box Muller transformation
以上是论文原话，不懂里面的TACSRAN到底什么意思。。。

另外有没有大神做过交流电弧炉的pscad建模啊？求教~

ATP里面的TACS (control systems, transfer functions etc.) 不是PSCAD 你发帖弄错了地方
