发一个光伏发电的通用模型

在国外论坛上看到的拿来分享一下

使用方法：
1、解压附件
2、打开PSS/E并运行脚本“solarPV.py” 。其中光照度模型默认是关闭的
3、关闭PSS/E，打开pssplt并加载输出文件“solarPV.out”，检查通道或加载idv文件“scanplotsolarPV.idv”来创建一个带描点图形的.ps文件
（原文：Load PSSe and then run the script 'solarPV.py'. The Irradiance model is set to off. Close PSSe and open pssplt and load the out file 'solarPV.out' and check channels or load the idv file "scanplotsolarPV.idv" to create a postscript *.ps file with plots.）

我的试用版，一新建plot，就提示“创建空文件失败”，这是咋回事啊？求解
