We have developed the E-TRAN translator in house to automate the processes that we had to repeat for each new study we performed for our customers. 这个可以将IEEE标准节点的参数，转换为PSCAD的格式，你有这个库么？我的QQ 37478797

转换软件还是很有市场的
看pscad的数据文件 一头雾水呢 不知内在规律也
拿这个软件参考下倒是不错
